"They are extremely kind and caring. Quick on repairs and one of the few places I have been not out to rip you off. They reminded me so much of the auto shop in my old childhood neighborhood. The people kind and actually like what they do. They aren't big business lets 'diagnois you car $100 dollars 5x before finding the problem'.They find your problem fix it and boom a bill that isnt out to put you and your childrens children in debt. I know I will be going back for sure and I will recommend them to anyone who really wants to actually get their car repaired right."

"Towing cost is competitive or better than some. Repairs are done quickly. They could have charged much more but didn't. They charged a honest price. Ethical shop."

"My family has used Jones Towing and Auto Repair for the last couple of years. The price of towing your car is the best price in Allen County. As far as auto repair, they are honest and good. When he fixes your car you know it's done right. I can say that we will always use Jones Auto and Towing. Give Jones a try, I am glad I did."
