"Great experience! I was going to purchase a used truck from a large dealer and thought there were mechanical issues after my test drive. I really wanted the truck. I contacted Jones Auto (after calling around looking for a shop to do an inspection for over an hour) and they quickly got me in to inspect the truck. They explained to me the pros and cons and provided valuable education. Great people! If I lived closer, I would certainly look to have them maintain my fleet."

"Excellent mechanics, caring service staff, fair pricing. I was extremely pleased. The starter went out Saturday afternoon and we had our vehicle back by Monday afternoon. Thank you for excellent and speedy servics."

"New in town and my car would not start. Randomly called Jones and I am glad I did. Trent was polite and efficient. Towed my car, found the problem, and replaced the battery. Good communication. Price very reasonable. Jones is a small locally owned shop. I would definitely recommend this place."

"This is my first Google review ever but I have to give a big thank you to Jones Auto. This past Saturday afternoon my car had a radiator hose pop off and was unable to be driven after parking at the Coliseum for the circus. I was looking for a tow truck and saw that Jones Auto does towing and repair and gave them a call and I am very glad that I did! My car was towed out of the Coliseum parking lot within 15 minutes and they then repaired the hose and refilled the antifreeze that afternoon. If I would have had it towed to another garage, it would have been at the earliest Monday that I would have gotten my car back and probably would have cost a lot more as well. I really can't thank them enough for getting my car back to me that same day on a Saturday afternoon and at a great price!"
